Hi fellow Cosplay engineers!  I wanted to show u my progress thus far on the thigh armor!

 Here i have started the basic trim on the thigh armor.

 I have completed all the scroll work on the thigh armor.

 Inside shot of the construction, the section on the bottom part that is overlapping is were i have the velcro glued in place top insure a snug fit.

 Me trying on the thigh feels good not to tight and not loose.

All that is left to do now is smooth cast it all up then paint it!
