Hi folks, i am starting the leg armor now, and wanted to share with you some wips on it. Here u go:

 Started to cut out the base shapes out of eva foam.

 Hot glued it in place and am now ready to heatset it.

 Here i have run a heatgun over it, and am now bending it to the shape of my leg.

 This is gonna fit like a glove.

 Starting to add in the trim
